Not much of speculative activities in grocery retail stocks (stable dividend yield & share price)
In retail (particularly grocery retail), margins are everything because the volumes are huge (so woolies is beating coles by a mile)
Higher the profit = higher the dividend
Coles: a lot of changes in management - affects their share price
