피고는 유죄로 판결될때 까지는 무죄로 추정을 받는다

defendant is assumed to be innocent until proven guilty

피고는 본인의 범죄 실행에 대한 합당한 이유가 있다면 기소가 중지 되어야한다

prosecution must be stopped if the defendant has a suitable reason for committing the crime

피고는 기소한 사안에 대해서만 재판을 받는다

• signed by the will-maker in the presence of 2 witnesses (유언 작성자분께서 2 증인이 있는곳에서 서명을 하셔야 합니다)

• must be over 18 years of age (18세 초과)

• consider close relatives and trustworthy people (가까운 친척과 신뢰할 수 있는 분들을 고려하세요)

• when situations change it is strongly recommended to alter/make a new will (e.g. divorce, property sale/purchase 매매 구입) (상황이 바뀌면 유언장을 수정하거나 새로 만드는 것을 추천합니다)

• when you make a new will - voids all previous wills (전 유언장을 무효로 함)
